At Reeltime Creature Shop, each item is made to order, and shipping times vary based on production schedules and location.
1. Processing Time
Due to the handcrafted nature of each mask and the fact that all production is done in a small-scale, one-person operation, turnaround times can vary. I’ve recently implemented a queue-based batch system to better manage orders and provide more accurate delivery timelines. Each order is assigned a batch number and worked on sequentially. Special requests can be considered for specific events or deadlines, but please note that these requests may also be subject to the current batch schedule.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and size of the item. Estimated delivery times:
- Domestic (UK): 1-3 business days
- International: 3-7 business days, depending on the destination
Delays may occur due to customs or shipping carrier issues.
3. International Shipping
International orders may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or import duties. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check with local customs offices for more information.
4. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once the item has shipped, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent. Allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
5. Shipping Issues
Reeltime Creature Shop is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs clearance. If a package is lost or damaged during shipping, assistance will be provided.
