1. Why is my order taking so long?
What I'm offering is highly unique. I am the sole person handling every aspect of my business - production, communication, customer service, and social media. This means orders can take longer than anticipated, especially when I am working through a high volume of orders. The more time I spend answering emails or handling requests, the slower the production process becomes. I really appreciate your patience, and rest assured, I’m committed to delivering your order with the highest quality, even if timelines may fluctuate.
2. How can I check the status of my order?
I use a batch queue system to manage orders. You can check my Instagram stories to track my progress through each batch, which will give you a real-time update on when I’ll be working on your order. Updates are posted there as I move through batches, so please keep an eye on that.
3. Can I get a refund or change my order?
Refunds or changes to orders are considered on a case-by-case basis. Since I’m working through orders in batches, any changes or requests may push your order further down the line. 4. How long will it take to finish my order?
The completion time depends on your place in the queue and the current batch I am working on. On average, it can take several weeks per batch, and once I get closer to your order, the timeline will become more accurate. You can keep track of my progress through Instagram updates, which will give you a clearer idea.
5. Do you offer custom orders?
Yes, I do accept custom orders depending on the request. Please feel free to reach out if you have something specific in mind, and I’ll be happy to discuss it with you.
6. Can I pay for faster production or to jump the queue?
Unfortunately, I cannot prioritize any orders over others. All orders are processed based on their position in the queue to ensure fairness and maintain consistent quality. I work in batches to manage my time and production effectively.
7. What payment options do you offer?
I accept payments via Stripe for most transactions. If you’re interested in a payment plan, I offer two options:
• 50% deposit upfront and the remaining 50% upon completion.
• Three monthly installments
I also offer a layaway plan, you can pay any amount you like towards your future purchase over a time period of up to 12 months, and once you've reached the full amount, your order is officially placed. Please contact me if you'd like that set up.
8. Can I pay with PayPal?
At the moment, I do not offer PayPal as a payment method for business transactions. I primarily use Stripe for secure transactions.
9. What if I want to cancel my order?
Please reach out directly if you wish to cancel your order. Depending on the production stage, cancellation may not always be possible, especially if work has already started on your items. In those cases, I can discuss alternatives.
10. How do I contact you about my order?
I understand that you may want updates or have questions, but please be aware that I am the only one handling all inquiries. Frequent emails may take time away from production. I do my best to respond as quickly as I can, but please understand that responding to messages can slow down the creation process for all orders.
11. Will you ever offer a rental service?
Currently, I do not offer costume rentals. I only work on custom, made-to-order items. If I decide to offer rentals in the future, I will post about it on my social media channels.
12. Will there be any more sales or promotions?
Occasionally, I run sales or offer discounts as a way to keep the business running and make my products more accessible. Please keep an eye on my Instagram and my website for any future promotions or announcements.
13. Can you give me an estimated delivery date?
I cannot provide an exact delivery date until I’m closer to your order in the production queue. The batch system I’ve implemented helps keep things organized and gives you a clear view of my progress. Please refer to Instagram for updates on my work.
14. How does the shipping process work?
Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the size of the order. For large items like full suits, there may be additional shipping charges. Once your order is complete, I will provide tracking information so you can monitor its progress. More information can be found under my Shipping Policy.
15. Why do you post on Instagram if it takes time away from fulfilling orders?
I understand the importance of focusing on production, but I use social media to keep customers updated on my progress and to ensure transparency. It also helps promote the business, so I can continue working and offering products. I aim to spend as little time as possible on these platforms while still keeping you informed.
